From young 21 day matured fallow or sika deer
Suggested pack: 1 saddle or 2 loin fillets
+ 1 boned and rolled haunch
+ 2 shanks
+ 8 haunch steaks
+ 1 small haunch joint
+ 6 packs of diced
+ 6 packs of minced

Beautiful venison

I ordered the whole venison last month and I have been delighted with the quality of the meat. It arrived perfectly cut and sealed ready for the freezer. Every cut was labelled. The venison is absolutely beautiful. It cooks perfectly and is melt in the mouth. The flavour is wonderful, and is not comparable to supermarket venison. I will be ordering again, and can whole heartedly recommend this venison to anyone who requires quality and amazing value.

great value, well packaged product. Split this with a friend who wanted the smaller cuts so ideal to share with a friend and cheaper than lamb! Will definitely order again once we have munched our way through this lot.
