      Roe venison is regarded by many as the premier venison and these steaks justify that label.
      Fried just 90-120 seconds a side they are meltingly tender and fabulous eating.
      For those who are unfamiliar with roe venison, the flavour is like the finest tasting beef with a slightly gamey overtone.
